/ Build a temple, so the village can gather in the Dharma,
Build a gate, so people can turn toward compassion.

— Thích Trung Hiếu

Xây chùa để xóm quy Tăng học đạo từ bi đến,
Dựng cổng cho làng hướng Phật tu nhân hỷ xả vào.

In this impermanent life, what matters is cherishing one another with sincere love.

Building a temple is building the human heart. If the heart is not at peace, bricks and tiles cannot truly form a temple.

A gift may be small, but when it is given with sincere love, it can bring great joy. What matters most is that we nurture compassion together in our lives.

/ “Mother is a flowing stream of love,
A torch in the night lighting the way,
A peaceful refuge in times of weariness,
The very breath on which one may rely.”

/ “The temple bell awakens the season of Vu Lan,
Care for your parents before it is too late.
Devote a part of your life to filial devotion,
For the debt of nurturing love weighs through a lifetime.”
