Michelle Marjorie Gordon AC (born 19 November 1964) is an Australian judge who currently serves as a Justice of the High Court of Australia, a position she has held since June 2015. Prior to her appointment to the High Court, she was a Justice of the Federal Court of Australia, to which she was appointed in 2007.
