Healing doesn’t always look like what we expect.

To everyone out there healing or just beginning their journey, know this, Healing takes time. It’s not about erasing the pain but learning to live alongside it with grace and patience.

And in that, there’s strength.

Sometimes, it’s waking up and feeling like you can barely make it through the day. Other times, it’s the quiet moments when you realize that somehow, you’ve survived something you thought would break you.

Today, at Kisugu Health Centre, I had the chance to speak about healing. It’s one of those words we throw around, but living through it? That’s a different story.
